CARNAD products are specifically targeted at the food industry. We offer our base products in liquid, paste or spray-dried form to suit any usage in the finished products. The products are ideal for use in food products such as soups, soup cubes, sauces, ready-made meals, marinades, etc.

100% natural
CARNAD products are 100% natural, completely free from foreign substances or additives. Our products contain only the original, natural taste of the meat proteins and fats from the raw materials.

High content of natural proteins
Ready-made soups available on the market today generally have a content of meat proteins between 0.5 and 1%. CARNAD fond and bone extracts have a natural content of meat proteins of 6 to 7%. The products can be concentrated to meet specific needs or individual requirements.

Clean Label
Among producers and consumers alike, there is an increasing demand for humane food products to contain only natural ingredients and to have a "clean label" on the final products.
